Alyssa Goade-Munch is Idaho born & bred: raised in Boise’s North End, with a dad whose family farmed the ground in Eagle where Eagle High stands today. She taught PE for 23 years before real estate, and it shows; she works with the heart of a teacher: patient, straight, and generous with what she knows.

Shannon Allen has been a REALTOR® since 2006 and came to real estate the long way around: teaching fifth grade, flying as a flight attendant, then property management and commercial investing. That background is her edge: she reads a house, and a deal, from every angle, and she’s our specialist for single-family and multifamily investment homes.
