An empty room is the hardest one to sell

Buyers walk into a bare room and cannot picture themselves in it. So we show them. Same walls, same windows, same light — furnished the way they might actually live.

The same empty room, three ways

This house has never been lived in, which makes it the honest test: every difference between these three is the styling and nothing else. The walls, the windows, the stair, the fireplace opening, the kitchen beyond and the camera position are identical in all three. Nothing structural moves, and none of the furniture is included in the sale.

The room as it is
Mid-century
Teal accent wall, walnut, orange leather, mustard velvet, a sputnik pendant.
Warm boho
Terracotta plaster, honey floors, boucle and rattan, kilim, a lot of plants.
Cinema lounge
Anthracite-green walls, black slate, emerald velvet, oxblood leather, brass.

ImportantVirtually staged. Every furnishing, finish and light in these images and clips is digitally added; the room itself is unchanged. Nothing shown is included in a sale.
